December trade hours will be a little different this summer for us,
we have some small changes…

This is a special time of year and we want to adopt some lessons learnt from what has been a challenging year.

As we take a more considered approach to this time of year during the festive period, we will be closing on certain dates which will differ between our store locations.

Rosebud showroom trade closure dates:

We understand this may be an inconvenience for those that were hoping to pop into store, so don’t forget you can view our curated collection online and stay inspired by our daily posts on socials @coastallivingsorrento.

Online orders
If you place an online order during our closed period, we will commence picking online orders again from 29.12.20.

If you cannot wait, we advise you connect with our Sorrento store to purchase via phone, from there the sales team can arrange ‘Pay & Collect’ or ‘Pay & Post.’

Shipping & Delivery:

Shopping online – Coastal Living ships to all destinations within Australia and have partnered with Australia Post & TNT to provide a complete transport network within Australia.

For larger pieces such as furniture, rugs or artworks shipping is arranged using Coastal Living’s own delivery service or through a independent contractor.
Delivery fee will be arranged at time of purchasing.

 

Pricing per item policy:

We currently offer shipping and delivery to Australian addresses only. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

All orders are sent from our store on the Mornington Peninsula. A tracking number will be provided with which you can track the progress of your shipment. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery for metropolitan areas is 3-5 days and 5-7 days for regional areas. Coastal Living does not ship on weekends, Victorian or Australian Public Holidays.

Delivery time and processing time:

Orders received by midday 12PM will be shipped the same day.

Orders received after 12PM will be shipped the next business day.

Coastal Living does not ship orders on weekend days  – Saturday or Sunday.

Standard Post 3-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Express Post 1-3 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Regional areas 5-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Please always refer to the Australian Post website for more accurate delivery times depending on your locations within Australia.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Items can be returned to Coastal Living either via post or in person for an exchange or store credit.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase or receipt of purchase & must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns are to be posted back to Coastal Living Warehouse 2/204 Boneo Road, Rosebud, VICTORIA, 3939.

All returns must be received back in the original condition. This refers to all packaging, labeling and contents that must be intact and in a perfectly saleable condition.

 

Return postage costs will not be covered by Coastal Living:

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at our absolute discretion.

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please EMAIL US: enquiries@coastalliving.com.au within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number, include a brief description of your order and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorization.
