Availability, prices and delivery rates are also subject to change. All of the products purchased from Coastal Living are to be used only for their intended purpose, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, precautions and guidelines. Returns & Exchanges:
We hope you are happy with your purchase. Items can be returned to Coastal Living either via post or in person for an exchange or store credit.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase or receipt of purchase & must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns are to be posted back to Coastal Living Warehouse 2/204 Boneo Road, Rosebud, VICTORIA, 3939.
All returns must be received back in the original condition. This refers to all packaging, labeling and contents that must be intact and in a perfectly saleable condition.
Return postage costs will not be covered by Coastal Living:
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at our absolute discretion.
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please EMAIL US: email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number, include a brief description of your order and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorization.

Whilst we endeavor to represent all products as accurately as possible, there might be variations from the pictures online to the item in real life. These variations are to be enjoyed as they highlight the individual nature of the item and are not considered faults or defects.
